Today was the Doctor Who Experience in the morning, class in the afternoon, and hung out at home in the evening.
Lisa saw the clip where David Tennant regenerates into Matt Smith. She was sad.
I saw the spoiler for the midway finale written as the wifi password to the exhibit. River Song a.k.a Melody Pond. Lisa, Chase, Ed and I went. The showed us a short video presentation of the stories of the Doctor and focused mainly on Matt Smith's. Then the screen opens with a crack in the wall and suddenly we're in 23000 UK. They made the tardis appear with smoke, lights, and a see through screen. So clever!
We walked into the tardis and when we stepped into the giant spaceship from outside the tiny police box I whispered, "It's bigger on the inside!"
After our short adventure through space and encountering the daleks we were lead into the museum rooms and it was fun to see all the Doctors' costumes and statues of the alien characters. A total of 11 Doctors.
After the Experience we went class. Pam Smithard, European Director, NAPTE (National Association of Television Program Excecutives) came and talked to us about contemporary British Broadcasting. Sweet lady but thought I was going to fall asleep!
After class, Lisa and I went back to our homestay and worked on papers, looked up information on our trip to Scotland!
